How We Started

Established in 2007, IM2 focused on establishing marketing assets to match a growing trend in Customer Relationship Management technologies. Our email services were transforming into lifelines for business, relationships, and personalized information. This coupled with the growing popularity of social media platforms created a new avenue of acceptable business communications and practices. Printed brochures, catalogues, & direct mailers were slowly becoming less important to successfully growing businesses, forcing marketing strategies to adapt.

Since 2016, business marketing and communication methods have shifted dramatically as a result of growing social media trends. Customer service shifted from in person to online. Business recommendations came from online reviews and immortalized digital words of mouth.
